Christians are not persecuted one damn bit. It is a spin fallacy.   The majority of Americans identify as Christian in some form or fashion.  The only time Christians want protection from the gays is when they identify too much and since the devil isn’t tangible, cocksucking is the best alternative.

I have no idea what you are babbling about Paul. When ANYONE throws out “tribulation and rapture,” I think historically about all the times other doomsdayers shouted the same words.  The Earth continues to revolve regardless of prophecy and you and I will be so dead before it ends. It makes those who believe they are chosen and special.  None of us are.  We all just go through the motions of daily living the best we can.

Enjoy your time on this Earth without the pretension of trying to make it better for Jesus.  If Jesus or the Lord wanted to make it better, wouldn’t he have made an appearance by now?  Unless a Cheeto counts.  False Prophets on the teevee don’t.

If you are such a “captive American,” then I assume you cannot leave your house, participate in any function, invest how you choose, or go buy toilet paper at Wal-Mart.  I can do all that and I do on a regular basis.  Although, I might be “captive” because I have to stop at those pesky red lights dictated by the government.

I “overlook” the tribulation and RAPTURE for now because it is an easy excuse.  Why treat fellows humans with Jesus’ words when you can judge everyone from a self-appointed chair and tell everyone to basically go to hell.

If “hate bill”-obsessed Congress can’t protect Christians from “gays” as much as it wants to protect “gays” from Christians, will Congress be surprised if it can’t protect itself from most everyone? If “hate bills” are forced on captive Americans, they’ll still find ways to sneakily continue to “plant” Biblical messages everywhere. By doing so they’ll hasten God’s judgment on their oppressors as revealed in Proverbs 19:1. Anything Brownback proposes, it is safe to say I will tell him in my very best liberal voice, as we are all foul-mouthed heathens, “to fuck off.”  If I am not mistaken, I think  that the Constitution thingie protects religious freedom for whatever bigoted speak is necessary for those who know the LORD.  As it protects my rights of Free Speech too.  The bastardization of Hate Crimes Legislation with “talking point backseat punditry” is wingnut lunacy never based on legitimate understanding.   Without the Brownback Amendment, religious organizations can continue to spew whatever intolerance they want.  As long as they or their members don’t act upon it to the point of violence, such “thought” will be perfectly safe.  GAWD Bless America.  Business as usual. Hate Crimes legislation isn’t about “THOUGHT CRIME.”  Michele Bachmann, Pike and Brownback can regurgitate as much as they want.  “Faux Persecuted” Christians can continue to hate as much as they want.

Just don’t beat me to a pulp.  If that were to happen, hopefully it won’t, legitimate recourse because of sexual orientation would be judicious; especially if the perpetrator yells the reason they beat me to a pulp. Or kill.     Any denomination can still call me a homosexual, a faggot, or your word of choice.  Just don’t make it violent.
